Primary Functions | - Driving new business development in Abu Dhabi, and other Emirates
- Identity, qualify and win new sales
- Manage full sales cycle from lead generation, contract award, and follow up on scheduling and receivables
- Maintain monthly target achievement and healthy pipeline
- Ensure Salesforce accuracy and active pipeline management
- Collaborate with technical teams to structure winning proposals

Client Relationship Management | - Serve as primary point of contact for clients throughout project lifecycle
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients and partners across different sectors, energy, utility, building and infrastructure, industrial, aerospace, hospitality and tourism etc..
- Perform stakeholders mapping, build rapport with GRC, QHSE, Cyber and Sustainability departments
- Manage client expectations and provide regular project updates
- Identify client needs and develop Bureau Veritas unique value proposition
- Acknowledge and respond to client request within 24 hours
- Facilitate workshops, presentations, and client meetings
- Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly
- Ensure high level of client satisfaction
- Represent company at industry events and conferences
