You’ll translate global product intent into locally relevant, must-have assortments, driving commercial success across every channel and consumer touchpoint. This role plays a critical leadership position, uniting product, planning, and marketplace execution to fuel sustainable growth, amplify brand heat, and deliver strong financial performance.
As a senior voice within our EAP merchandising organisation, you’ll partner closely with global, cluster, and market teams — influencing product direction, ensuring alignment, and championing consistent, high-impact execution that keeps Levi’s at the forefront of the market.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Merchandising Strategy & Business Ownership
- Own and drive the ANZ merchandising strategy across all genders, categories, and channels, ensuring strong alignment to global and cluster directions
- Drive the reverse seasonality translation of global calendar, big bets and key looks and global story telling adaptation
- Deliver profitable and sustainable growth through distinct product vision, compelling product storytelling, and disciplined assortment and pricing strategies that drive brand heat and commercial impact.
- Be fully accountable for assortment productivity and performance across sell-in and sell-out, leveraging product insights to continuously refine future opportunities.
Multi-Channel & Consumer-Centric Segmentation Leadership
- Define and lead differentiated merchandising strategies across DTC, Wholesale, Outlet, and E-commerce channels, ensuring clear product architecture and assortment curation by channel and consumer segment.
- Translate consumer insight into relevant assortments, product stories, and pricing strategies that resonate across store formats and consumer tiers.
- Ensure consistency and impact of product storytelling and brand expression across all consumer touchpoints.
Commercial Planning & Financial Co-Ownership
- Partner with Planning and cross-functional teams to define investment strategies, inventory efficiency, aligned to financial targets.
- Align product strategies with revenue, margin, and inventory objectives to maximize business performance.
- Monitor key performance metrics and KPIs, ensuring disciplined decision-making across pre-season and in-season phases.
Go-To-Market Leadership & Market Execution
- Lead the end-to-end Go-To-Market (GTM/CTC) process, owning product strategy activation from line build to in-market execution.
- Own product commercialization across all channels, ensuring strong sell-in narratives, clear product positioning, and impactful execution across key commercial moments.
- Act as the central integrator of product, commercial, and marketing strategies, ensuring alignment, readiness, and consistent delivery across the marketplace
Consumer Insight & Global Product Influence
- Champion the voice of the ANZ consumer, leveraging insights, market trends, and performance data to define current and future product opportunities.
- Influence global product direction through clear product feedback, hindsight analysis, and identification of white space opportunities to inform future assortmentsContinuously elevate market relevance and competitiveness through strong consumer and market understanding
In-Season Performance & Agility Leadership
- Own in-season product performance, actively participating weekly business reviews to identify risks and opportunities and drive decisive action plans.
- Drive performance through active management of pricing and product flow, ensuring alignment with promotions, markdowns to meet commercial objectives.
- Enable agility by adapting assortments and product strategies in response to real-time consumer and business dynamics
Merchandising Excellence (Systems, Data & Process)
- Own the integrity and effectiveness of cluster and market merchandising tools, data, and processes across the market.
- Ensure strong discipline in line planning, assortment architecture, and pricing frameworks, supported by rigorous system adoption and data integrity
- Drive continuous improvement in merchandising ways of working.
Leadership, Team & Culture
- Lead, develop, and inspire the ANZ merchandising team, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.
- Set clear direction, priorities, and expectations, ensuring alignment to business objectives and organizational values.
