About the role
In short: You’re the tip of the spear for Cellbyte’s enterprise growth - opening doors to pharma decision makers and turning cold outreach into qualified meetings.
Your key responsibilities:
- Own outbound prospecting into enterprise pharma accounts, booking qualified meetings with senior decision makers.
- Craft sharp, personalized outreach across email and LinkedIn that cuts through the noise and earns replies from busy executives.
- Research target accounts and map buying committees to build a high-quality, data-driven pipeline.
- Run and continuously optimize multi-touch sequences, testing messaging and angles to lift reply and meeting rates.
- Work hand-in-hand with the founders and GTM team to refine our ICP, sharpen messaging, and hand off opportunities cleanly.
- Keep CRM hygiene tight and use data to prioritize the accounts and contacts most likely to convert.
You might be a fit if…
- You have experience in enterprise B2B sales or sales development, ideally selling complex or technical products into large organizations.
- You’re exceptional at outbound - your emails and LinkedIn messages get opened, read, and answered, and you love the craft of writing them.
- You’re genuinely hungry to book meetings: persistent, resilient to “no,” and motivated by hitting and beating targets.
- You’re comfortable reaching senior decision makers and can hold a credible, value-driven conversation with them.
- You take a data-driven, experiment-minded approach to outreach and bring a self-starter, get-it-done attitude.
- Bonus: exposure to pharma, life sciences, or selling into highly regulated enterprises.
- Fluent in English and German.
