This role is based at our Hyderabad Tech Center and follows a hybrid working model (3 days onsite, 2 days remote). Candidates are expected to reside within commuting distance of the Hyderabad office.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior ServiceNow Risk and Compliance expert to join our Risk CoE Technology Enablement team. In this role you will help architect solutions leveraging the ServiceNow platform and IRM capabilities to best enable IT risk and compliance processes supporting the entire company.  You will play a critical role as a facilitator bridging multiple business stakeholders, technology teams and our users, driving development of high-quality, enterprise solutions to meet our organization's risk management and compliance needs.

What will you do in this role

  • Drive product strategy and high-level roadmap for our IRM based capabilities, aligned with our IT strategy and optimized for value delivery and user experience
  • Collaborate across the ServiceNow platform team, IT Risk, GRC functions and other stakeholders to understand business needs to drive effective and sustainable solutions
  • Drive “out of the box” implementation strategies to minimize technical debt while ensuring needs are met across multiple business areas.
  • Define and govern execution standards, runbooks, and success criteria
  • Proactively identify execution risks, dependencies, and constraints, and drive mitigation strategies before service impact occurs.
  • Make data-driven product decisions aligned with strategy, value delivery, and user experience to optimize our risk and compliance workflows in ServiceNow.
  • Manage product metrics and performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and measuring business outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, internal controls, and data governance requirements.
  • Ensure squad follows consistent, required process of conducting thorough testing of ServiceNow configurations and developments to ensure system stability, reliability, and accuracy.
  • Support development of custom reports, performance analytics, and executive dashboards in to provide real-time insights into service performance and key metrics.
  • Stay up to date with the latest ServiceNow features, tools, and best practices to allow us to proactively leverage the latest technology to optimize our processes

What Should you have

  • Bachelors’ degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance or Business
  • 10+ years of experience with relevant enterprise platform  implementations (e.g. ServiceNow)

Primary skills (must-have)

  • Proven experience in technical product management and in leading medium to large-scale initiatives.
  • Experience defining product KPIs, business cases, and benefit/ROI measures.
  • Demonstrated delivery of at least 2–3 enterprise ServiceNow IRM /GRC implementations from design through deployment and support.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into sustainable solutions.
  • Experience in system design and technical solutioning, with the ability to align solutions to business requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain accountability for outcomes.
  • Strong track record of managing stakeholder relationships, including executive and cross-functional stakeholders in a matrix environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • High levels of ownership, teamwork, and organizational discipline.
  • Experience working in Agile environments.
  • Familiarity with Jira and collaboration tools such as Confluence, Mural, and MS Teams.

Secondary skills (nice to have)

  • Deep understanding of risk and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST CSF/800-53, SOX, PCI DSS, HIPAA).
  • Experience with Generative and Agentic AI
  • Experience working in pharmaceutical, life sciences, or other regulated industries
  • Experience in asset management or related data/process governance activities.
  • Exposure to financial systems, reporting, or planning applications.
  • Experience working in a global environment across multiple regions or time zones.
