Job Description
Fleetway is hiring a Junior Product Engineering Analyst to help support the long‑term performance and readiness of Canada’s naval fleet. This role is well suited for recent graduates or early‑career professionals with an interest in engineering, systems thinking, data analysis, and product lifecycle management who are looking to build hands‑on experience in the marine industry.
As a Junior Product Engineering Analyst, you will support engineering teams in developing maintenance strategies, product support solutions, and lifecycle insights for complex marine systems. You will assist with analyzing engineering and in‑service data, forecasting support needs, and contributing to product lifecycle planning to help ensure systems remain safe, available, and supportable throughout their service life.
Reporting to the Manager, Service Delivery, you will support Availability, Reliability, and Maintainability activities and assist with the preparation and review of Integrated Logistics Support and product support data. You will also contribute to quality assurance efforts and help develop engineering deliverables shared with internal teams, subcontractors, and customers.
If you are analytical, curious, collaborative, and eager to learn, this is an excellent opportunity to launch your engineering career while contributing to meaningful national programs.
