Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked workstations at all times
Monitor product quality, freshness, and presentation
Verify guest IDs and ensure all alcohol service follows Texas state laws and responsible service guidelines

Maintain awareness of surroundings in an open public environment
Manage lines and guest flow with a sense of urgency while maintaining a calm, upscale demeanor

Handle cash and card payments responsibly
Balance receipts and report discrepancies as required
Uphold a polished, luxury appearance and attitude

Outgoing personality with strong social awareness
Ability to create memorable micro-interactions with guests
