Job Description

Responsibilities:  Data Management: Consolidating and standardizing product data (SKUs, descriptions, attributes, pricing, inventory) from various sources. Channel Syndication: Distributing consistent, rich product content to e-commerce sites, marketplaces (Amazon, Etsy), and social media. Product Enrichment: Partnering with Marketing team to add high-quality visuals (images, videos) and detailed information to create compelling product pages. Process Automation: Streamlining workflows for adding new products, updating information, and managing promotions. Performance Analysis: Using data to understand how catalog content affects sales and customer behavior.    Operational Impact: Improved Customer Experience: Accurate info reduces hesitation and returns, while rich content aids purchase decisions. Increased Efficiency: Automates tasks, saving time and reducing manual errors. Omnichannel Consistency: Ensures a uniform brand message across all customer touchpoints. Sales Growth: Effective organization and presentation drive conversions and support cross-selling/upselling.    Key Skills: Strong organizational & multitasking skills. Technical proficiency with cataloging software & databases BI (Business Analytics) tools (Phocas) Automation tools (transaction automation – UNFORMS) Analytical skills to interpret performance data. Excellent communication with marketing, sales, purchasing and IT teams.    Experience & Systems: PIM (Product Information Management) ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) DAM (Digital Asset Management) E-commerce Platforms & Marketplaces: Kodaris and/or other eCommerce platforms    Experience & Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree preferred High school diploma or equivalency required
