The Opportunity

Children’s Dentistry & Orthodontics of Lynchburg is a state-of-the-art pediatric dental practice serving infants, children, teens, and special needs patients. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional care in a fun, kid-friendly environment supported by a compassionate, highly skilled team and a loyal, growing patient base. 

This privately owned practice is led by Dr. Shep Sittason, a respected pediatric dentist known for his clinical excellence and commitment to the community. As an owner-doctor, Dr. Sittason will work closely with his associate, fostering a collaborative environment and providing hands-on guidance to support both clinical confidence and long-term career growth.

A Day In The Life Of

Benefits Include: 

  • Competitive Compensation: $1250 - $1400 / Day or 35% of net collections, whichever is greater

Qualifications: 

  • DDS or DMD (Required) 
  • US work authorization (Required) 
  • Licensed to practice in Virginia (Required) 
  • Specialty Certificate in Pediatric Dentistry (Required)
