Commonwealth Endodontics is seeking a skilled and dedicated Endodontist to join our growing specialty practice in Lexington, Kentucky. This is a unique opportunity for a driven, patient-focused clinician to help lead and shape a practice with established referral relationships and a strong existing patient pipeline.
The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care, building lasting relationships with referring providers, and collaborating with a supportive clinical team. As the founding Endodontist, you will play a key role in defining the clinical philosophy, workflows, and patient experience. This is an opportunity to make a lasting impact while helping build a premier endodontic destination in the Lexington community.

Benefits:
- A guaranteed day rate
- $40,000 Sign on bonus

Compensation:$1,300/day or 50% of net collections, the greater thereof
What You'll Bring To The Table
Qualifications:
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
- Completion of an accredited Endodontic residency program
- Board eligibility or board certification preferred
- Active or eligible Kentucky dental license
- Passion for patient-centered care, leadership, and practice development
