We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Dealer Support Specialist to join our automotive team. In this role, you will act as a key liaison between the company and our dealer network, ensuring seamless communication, operational support, and delivery of exceptional service standards.
What you’ll do
- Deliver value to our Brand Partners by serving as the primary point of contact for the Authorized Dealer Network, efficiently managing parts enquiries, customer interactions, and a wide range of miscellaneous requests to ensure seamless communication and exceptional service.”
- Assist Dealers with parts interpretation, technical parts enquiries, order assistance, parts ETA, order cancellation, EPC and Dealer Portal assistance and ad-hoc enquiries or requirements.
- Respond to dealer enquiries via phone, email, and internal systems in a timely manner
- Assist dealers with order processing, Parts inventory, and system navigation
- Represent Autonexus and liaise with our Brand Partners and freight providers and openly report and discuss current trends, identify problem areas that require action and update all departments.
- Administer ad-hoc Sales Order, VOR and Credit Order entry, maintenance and/or approvals on behalf of our Brand Partner.
- Assisting our Brand Partners with technical input towards parts catalogues as well as various parts master data requirements, such as supersession maintenance, pricing, parts activation, parts applicability to market etc.
About you to be successful in this role you will be:
- Previous experience in automotive industry or dealer support/customer service would be highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of dealership operations (sales, aftersales, or inventory)
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- High attention to detail, process driven and excellent problem-solving ability.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/Dealer Management Systems (DMS)
- A team player with a customer-focused mindset
