The Group (TMT / Technology and Digital)
Gilbert + Tobin’s Technology and Digital (T+D) team works closely with our clients to maximise the opportunities of digital transformation, and enable them to become agile, intelligent, digital businesses. We are passionate T+D specialists, and we have built a leading reputation across multiple industries. The Role
Working as part of this dynamic, high-performing team, you will gain exposure to a wide range of matters, including:
Cyber – incident response, governance, and compliance.
Critical infrastructure – working on bespoke contracts, risk management obligations, and commercial arrangements
Privacy & big data – data protection and cross-border privacy compliance
AI – regulation, governance and risk management
About You
As our successful candidate you should be able to demonstrate a desire, and the capacity, to work on high profile and technically challenging transactions. You should be an ambitious high performer, looking to work in an environment where your performance will be duly recognised and rewarded accordingly. In addition, you will have:
0-2 years post admission experience
A genuine interest in cybersecurity, privacy, AI and emerging laws
Superior analytical, communications and drafting skills
Commercial awareness and the ability to work effectively with clients
The ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment
