Job Description
Principal Accountabilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including consumer research, R&D, and engineering.
- Compile and evaluate research on future product requirements.
- Identify enhancements to current products.
- Assist the product development team in testing strategies, including pricing, product design, marketing, advertising, and packaging.
Knowledge & Skill Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent years of experience in a similar industry).
- One year of related experience preferred.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Proficient PC skills.
Knowledge & Application:
- Good knowledge of a single specialist area through prior study or experience.
- Applies principles and practices in a recognized professional field.
- Follows standardized rules, procedures, and operations within own area.
- Determines a course of action based on guidelines.
