Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our healthcare team in Dallas, TX. The CNA will provide essential support to nursing staff and deliver high-quality care to patients, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
• Monitor and record patients’ vital signs such as temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure.
• Help patients with mobility and transfers, ensuring safety at all times.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients by following infection control protocols.
• Report any changes in patients’ conditions to the nursing staff promptly.
• Assist with medical equipment setup and basic patient care procedures as directed by nursing staff.
• Document care provided and maintain accurate patient records.

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Texas.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a CNA preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Compassionate, patient-focused, and reliable.
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology and patient care techniques.

Work Environment

This position is based in Dallas, TX 75231 and involves working in a healthcare facility such as a hospital, nursing home, or assisted living center. The role may require standing for extended periods, lifting or moving patients, and working various shifts including weekends and holidays.
