This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of end-to-end payroll accuracy and benefits administration across multiple international jurisdictions, including the US, Canada, and the UK. You will operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where precision and compliance directly impact employee experience and operational trust. The role plays a critical part in ensuring seamless payroll operations across complex regulatory frameworks, including California wage and hour laws, Canadian federal and provincial requirements, and UK PAYE systems. You will be the key point of contact for payroll and benefits inquiries, supporting employees through their full lifecycle, including onboarding and acquisitions. Working cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and external vendors, you will help ensure scalable and compliant people operations.
