Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the full suite of Microsoft 365 services: Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Intune
  • Administer user accounts, groups, licenses, and permissions using Azure Active Directory and PowerShell
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to ensure high availability
  • Configure and enforce security policies, including MFA, conditional access, and data loss prevention (DLP)
  • Document procedures, configurations, and best practices
  • Provide Tier 2 End user support for All of the Office 365 Suite of Collaborations applications

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation
  • Deep understanding of Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive
  • Experience with Entra AD, Intune, and Microsoft Defender for Office 365
  • Familiarity with compliance tools like eDiscovery, retention policies, and audit logs
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Bonus Skills

  • Experience with hybrid environments (on-prem Exchange or AD)
  • Knowledge of ITIL practices and change management
  • Familiarity with third-party M365 management tools
