Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of a portfolio of projects aligned to business strategy. The role is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, while managing stakeholders, resources, governance, and driving operational excellence across programmes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of programmes and projects aligned to business strategy
- Oversee planning, prioritisation, and execution of project portfolio to maximise business value
- Ensure delivery within agreed timelines, budgets, scope, and governance frameworks
- Manage stakeholder relationships, expectations, and communication across the portfolio
- Identify and manage risks, deviations, and performance issues proactively
- Ensure effective resource planning, capacity management, and budget utilisation
- Drive continuous improvement in processes, operating models, and delivery quality
- Lead strategy planning for project functions and supported business units
- Promote a high-performance, client-centric, and transformation-focused culture
- Ensure compliance with governance, regulatory, and organisational standards
Essential Skills & Experience
- 10+ years’ experience in project/programme environments, including 2–3 years in management roles
- Strong programme and project management expertise (portfolio delivery, governance, budgeting)
- Proven stakeholder management and leadership capabilities
- Experience in resource planning, capacity management, and financial oversight
- Proficiency in project tools (e.g. MS Project) and reporting frameworks
- Strong understanding of organisational strategy alignment and delivery execution
- Relevant qualification (Degree/Diploma); PMP, Prince2, or PgMP preferred
