Proficient computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
2+ years of wireless retail experience preferred
Experience in driving sales performance, coaching teams, and managing operational processes
Experience with workforce management tools (ADP Workforce Manager/eTime preferred)
