The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in 2D and 3D design and modeling of steel and concrete structures, as well as in the production of accurate, high-quality drawings, sections, and details. To succeed in this role, the candidate must demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, and flexibility to adapt to projects of varying scale and complexity. Ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and applying engineering best practices in all deliverables will be essential. Responsibilities: Design and produce detailed 3D models and structural drawings in compliance with project requirements and industry standards. Develop construction drawings, sections, details, and diagrams. Adhere to company design and drafting standards to ensure consistency and quality across all deliverables. Contribute to a collaborative work environment while meeting project deadlines and quality expectations. Education and Experience: Technical degree or equivalent education. More than 5 years of relevant experience in structural design within the energy, infrastructure, and industrial facilities sectors. Proven experience in structural design, with advanced proficiency in software such as CADWorx, Revit, RISA, AutoCAD, and BIM tools. Strong ability to work effectively in a team, demonstrating a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a proactive problem-solving approach. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a strong focus on delivering high-quality work in dynamic environments. Willingness and ability to continuously learn and grow professionally in the field of structural design.
