We are seeking passionate and skilled Chef de Partie’s to join our team. This role is responsible for preparing and delivering consistently high-quality food, maintaining kitchen standards, and supervising junior kitchen staff.

Oversee daily food production and service for your station.
Maintain high standards set by the Chef de Cuisine and Sous Chefs.
Supervise apprentices, commis, and demi chefs working in your section.
Assist in menu planning, recipe development, and specials creation.
Ensure food safety, hygiene, and health standards are followed.
Demonstrate expertise in butchery, sauce making, entremetier, soups, and basic pastry knowledge.
Write and manage mise en place sheets, ensuring all preparations are completed efficiently.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation, uniform, and tools.
Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth operations.
Adhere to all safe work practices and report any unsafe conditions or hazards to the management team.
The experience, skills and knowledge this teammate will bring -
Chef’s certificate/apprenticeship program or at least three years of a la carte cooking experience.
Strong understanding of culinary terms, food preparation techniques, and kitchen vocabulary.
Excellent teamwork, leadership, and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
Experience handling food deliveries and inventory management.
Knowledge of culinary terms and practices, with a commitment to maintaining high standards in food preparation and service.
Ability to provide consistent culinary and leadership direction.
Valid Food Safe certification is required.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Must be legally entitled to work in Canada without restriction.
