Manager – Project & Performance Management (Group Insurance)
Job Description
This position under Corporate Solutions Department with responsible for supporting strategic development and involving to identify group insurance business opportunities together with overview sales and marketing event, communication, material and other activities to leverage sales performance, cost containment and overall performance of Group Health Benefits through all channels and ensure that business objective and targeting achievement
Responsibilities: Supporting Corporate Solutions strategic development that involves identifying group business opportunities and business strategies to ensure that department target achieved
Enhance distribution performance by developing the analytic data methodology to analyst sales performance, key strategic performance, campaign performance and cost containment performance
Involve on sales co compensation development (DAP) and initiate the effective distribution campaign to support distribution strategy, mornitor and analysis campaign efficiency after end of campaign period
Analyze each sub-channel performance and propose plan and implement agreed action plan to increase productivity
Plan, implement and monitoring activities and incentive to get KTAXA sales force and partners active by organizing activities and promoting contests, customer campaign including new product launch
Managing support to all stakeholders to improve productivity
Develop sales tools and operations materials and all marketing collaterals to be updated and effectively useable
Communication and support activity to increase Partner’s Customer Awareness of KTAXA
Establish Marketing and Communications events with partners both internal and external
Handling or supporting assigned projects as the project owner by collaborating with related department, control and monitoring to ensure assignment outcome and timeline is achieved
Qualifications: University Graduate in any field of Study are welcome
At least 5 years’ experience in dealing with partners, vendor and distribution e.g. agent, sales, corporate, Customer/Seller campaign and event organization
Relevant experience in insurance or other financial services is advantage
