Your next career opportunity
You will coordinate timetables and room bookings that keep our creative arts programmes running smoothly and efficiently. You will work closely with academic staff, analyse space use and help design student-focused teaching schedules. You will also gain experience with specialist timetabling systems and continuous process improvement.
What you will deliver:
- Coordinate academic timetables, assessments, exams and individual lessons using Time Edit , and My Timetable.
- Manage accurate data collection, entry and updates, ensuring schedules and room bookings meet agreed timelines.
- Collaborate with academic, operations and campus services staff to resolve timetable issues and support teaching activities.
- Contribute to booking as per the timetabling policies, some understanding of space management plans and system integrations that improve learning spaces and experiences.
- Analyse timetabling and space booking data, prepare reports and support continuous improvement initiatives.
You may be a great fit if you:
- Hold a degree or possess equivalent education, training and experience in an education or related environment.
- Demonstrate experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders to achieve shared operational goals in complex organisations.
- Bring strong technical skills using databases and data management, with aptitude for understanding integrated software systems.
- Apply excellent organisational skills, managing multiple deadlines, solving scheduling problems and maintaining high attention to detail.
- Communicate effectively within creative arts environments and build productive relationships with academic and professional colleagues.
- Offer knowledge of academic policies and timetabling software such as Time Edit and basic database knowledge of FileMaker Pro.
