Weekend (Fri- Monday) Extrusion Manager
 

Job Summary
The Extrusion Manager oversees extrusion press operations and is responsible for managing the daily activities of the extrusion
team, ensuring efficient production processes and high-quality production processes. Reports to Operations Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of extrusion operators and technicians, providing direction, training, and
performance feedback.
• Plan and coordinate daily extrusion activities to meet production schedules and priorities.
• Ensure all extrusion processes are carried out efficiently, maintaining high standards of product quality and
consistency.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of extrusion machinery and equipment.
• Collaborate with quality control teams to address any production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Manage raw material and finished product inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels and timely procurement.
• Maintain accurate records of production data, machine performance, and maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies within the extrusion area.
• Use of calipers, micrometers, and measuring tools.
• Other duties as assigned.

Working Environment
Mixture of an office environment and exposure to a production environment which includes noise, dust, moving
machinery, forklifts, and fluctuations in temperature.
