- Data Engineering and Data Modeling
- Build and maintain ETL / ELT pipelines from ERP and business systems to analytical datasets.
- Design and manage structured data models.
- Create a single source of truth for Power BI consumption.
- Handle multi-company and multi-environment setups in Business Central.
- ERP & Source System Integration
- Extract, transform, and validate data from Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, including but not limited to:
- General Ledger and financial dimensions
- Sales, purchasing, inventory, and operational data
- Integrate additional data sources such as:
- Salesforce (opportunities, pipeline, customers)
- Other operational or finance-related systems as needed
- Harmonize master data across systems where required.
- Extract, transform, and validate data from Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, including but not limited to:
- Data Quality, Controls & Performance
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Implement validation checks and monitoring to detect inconsistencies early.
- Optimize data refresh performance and scalability for Power BI.
- Power BI Enablement (Not Visualization)
- Deliver clean, trusted, analytics-ready datasets to Power BI.
- Support the BI Specialist by:
- Translating reporting needs into robust data structures.
- Maintaining stable and well-documented data models.

Your mission
Responsibilities:
Your profile
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or related field.
- Strong SQL Skills including views and stored procedures
- Strong proficiency in Power Bi (incl. DAX and Power Query).
- Experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or data warehousing.
- Handson experience working with ERP data, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Practical experience with:
- Data modeling (fact and dimension tables)
- ETL / ELT processes (e.g. Power Query, Dataflows, SQLbased tools)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Nice to Have:
- Power Automate or Dataverse skills
- Experience with Salesforce data
- Exposure to Azure data services (Fabric, Synapse, Data Factory, SQL)
