Bar Mixologist - Oaklands

We are hiring a Bartender + Mixologist to join our dedicated team of wine, spirits, and food enthusiasts at the Oaklands Restaurant at the Riverbend Inn.  This is an amazing opportunity to be a part of one of Niagara on the Lake's most elegant and renowned dining destinations. The skills, experience and knowledge this teammate will bring - Prior role as a bartender including some mixologist experience as asset. Smart Serve Certification Guest/Customer service excellence focused Ability to work varied shifts including days, evenings, and weekends What this teammate will be responsible for - Executing best in class cocktail recipes designed to maximize guest engagement in accordance with company standards (including preparation of high quality cocktail garnishes). Fine dining serving of food at the bar and in the bar section. Assisting with processing guest sales (via POS system) Adhering to inventory control procedures (receiving, ordering, promotions, stocking, experience write-offs); participating in monthly inventory process.
