We are looking for a hospitality leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, leads confidently from the floor, and knows how to bring out the best in a team. This opportunity is ideal for someone with restaurant, hotel, resort, or event leadership experience who is ready to take the next step in a dynamic hospitality environment where no two days are the same.
As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will play a key role in leading front-of-house operations, coaching team members, supporting exceptional guest experiences, and acting as Manager on Duty when required.
What This Teammate Will Be Responsible For
Supporting day-to-day front-of-house restaurant operations and acting as Manager on Duty when required
Leading, coaching, and motivating hospitality team members during service
Delivering elevated guest experiences while handling guest requests and resolving concerns with professionalism
Leading pre-shift meetings and ensuring the team is set up for successful service execution
Supporting onboarding and training of new front-of-house teammates
Driving sales through strong menu knowledge, wine recommendations, and guest engagement
Supporting restaurant labour, inventory, and operational standards
Coordinating closely with culinary, retail, events, and hospitality teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
Supporting functions, events, and seasonal experiences across the property
Championing health, safety, and workplace respect standards
What Skills, Experience, and Knowledge This Teammate Will Bring
Previous experience as a Supervisor, Team Lead, Shift Lead, or Assistant Manager within hospitality, restaurants, hotels, resorts, events, or premium guest experiences
A passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest interactions
Confidence leading teams in busy, fast-paced service environments
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
The ability to stay calm, organized, and solution-focused under pressure
Experience coaching, mentoring, or training team members
Comfort using restaurant systems, POS systems, scheduling, or payroll platforms
Smart Serve Certification
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
Assets include:
Fine dining or premium hospitality experience
Wine knowledge or enrollment in Sommelier/WSET programs
First Aid Certification
