Manufacturing & Business Systems Specialist

In this role, you will lead troubleshooting of manufacturing and ERP-related issues, driving resolution to support safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives You will act as the bridge between shop-floor operations and business systems, ensuring alignment between production execution and system accuracy Further, you will support and optimize Oracle ERP processes (OM/WIP), including issue identification, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement You will partner cross-functionally with manufacturing, engineering, quality, finance, and supply chain teams to resolve operational challenges and improve performance You will interpret and support execution of job instructions, routers, bills of material, and purchase orders to ensure consistency between engineering intent and production output In addition, you will support compliance with export regulations, internal policies, and audit requirements through accurate documentation and system integrity Also you will provide user support, guidance, and informal training on ERP processes while contributing to process improvements and performing additional tasks as needed to support evolving business and operational priorities
