Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Supervise the daily activities and workflow of the Parts Sales Desk Coordinators.
- Provide coaching, training, and support to team members to improve performance and customer service.
- Monitor workload distribution, response times, and order accuracy to ensure service expectations are met.
- Continue to actively manage customer accounts and generate revenue through parts sales activities.
- Respond to customer parts inquiries and requests from Account Managers.
- Accurately process orders, create quotes, and ensure timely communication with customers.
- Maintain and develop customer accounts, promoting repeat business and resolving customer concerns promptly.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain to meet delivery requirements and customer expectations.
- Track order status, backlogs, and escalations while proactively resolving issues related to pricing, inventory, fulfillment, or delivery.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and process improvements to increase parts sales and operational efficiency.
- Provide technical support to customers in identifying parts and product solutions.
- Communicate customer feedback, market trends, and competitive information to leadership.
- Actively participate in the Company’s safety programs and follow all safety protocols.
