We are searching for the best talent for an Executive Administrative Assistant to provide dedicated support to the CFO, MedTech Surgery, and coordinate across the MedTech Surgery Finance organization. This hybrid role will be in Raritan, NJ.

This role serves as a close partner to the CFO, providing high-level administrative, operational, and logistical support with autonomy, judgment, and accountability. The role also coordinates across the broader finance organization to help advance the CFO’s agenda and strengthen team effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Executive Partnership
- Act as a trusted partner to the CFO by proactively managing administrative and operational needs aligned to leadership priorities.
- Anticipate downstream impacts, sequencing, and trade-offs across business priorities, governance, and external commitments.
- Exercise independent judgment in managing time, access, and information flow, escalating when needed to mitigate risk or add value.
Executive Time, Calendar & Cadence
- Manage complex, high-stakes calendars across global time zones, balancing governance requirements, leadership availability, and external commitments.
- Serve as an effective gatekeeper for scheduling and access, protecting focus time and aligning priorities with business needs.
- Manage the annual executive cadence, including leadership meetings, talent reviews, enterprise forums, conferences, and external engagements.
Senior‑Level Meetings & Coordination
- Coordinate internal and external meetings with strong attention to detail, ensuring executives have the right materials, context, and stakeholders.
- Manage end-to-end meeting logistics, including agendas, pre-reads, presentation materials, space setup, A/V, and catering as needed.
- Partner with leaders and other EAs or Coordinators to align agendas and sequencing for complex, multi-leader forums.
- Track follow-ups, actions, and decisions to support accountability and momentum.
Executive Communications & Stakeholder Management
- Manage executive email and correspondence with sound judgment, filtering noise and surfacing critical issues.
- Draft responses and communications that reflect executive voice, intent, and priorities.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for the CFO and as a professional interface with senior leaders, internal teams, external partners, and vendors.
Administrative, Office & Operational Support
- Coordinate internal and external communications and initiatives on behalf of the CFO.
- Oversee office operations, including supplies, services, purchasing, and vendor coordination.
- Maintain efficient administrative processes and provide backup administrative support as needed.
Project, Program & Enterprise Support
- Support leadership initiatives and special projects based on business priorities and needs.
- Assist with offsites, visitor management, onboarding coordination, compliance tracking, committee coordination, and contract or payment processes.
- Independently manage or contribute to operational projects tied to leadership effectiveness or transformation.
Travel, Expense & Information Management
- Maintain organized electronic filing systems.
- Coordinate travel, lodging, and transportation for senior executives.
- Process and reconcile expenses in compliance with policy.
Operational Excellence & Confidentiality
- Assist with budget tracking as required.
- Continuously improve administrative and departmental workflows to ensure reliable, efficient support for the CFO and finance organization.
- Handle sensitive and business-critical information with discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree required
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in executive coordination or senior administrative support within complex, matrixed organizations, including support for VP- or SVP-level leaders
- Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity and workflow efficiency
- Strong proficiency in Concur Travel & Expense, Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Advanced calendar, meeting, and event management experience
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- High judgment, discretion, emotional intelligence, and sound business judgment
- Ability to synthesize information, anticipate needs, operate independently, and adapt to ambiguity and shifting priorities

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$63,000.00 - $101,430.00Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:
Vacation –120 hours per calendar year
Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado –48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington –56 hours per calendar year
Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays –13 days per calendar year
Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
Parental Leave – 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child
Bereavement Leave – 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year
Caregiver Leave – 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period10 days
Volunteer Leave – 32 hours per calendar year
Military Spouse Time-Off – 80 hours per calendar year
