Ad Solutions Manager, Commercial Enterprise
Global Seller Development
About the team and the role
The US Enterprise Advertising Solutions team partners with some of eBay’s most strategic managed sellers to unlock scalable advertising growth through strong execution, data-led optimization, and trusted seller relationships. This team sits at the center of performance delivery, helping sellers maximize advertising outcomes across ad formats while ensuring campaigns are launched, optimized, and scaled in ways that drive efficient revenue growth for both sellers and eBay.
As an Ad Solutions Manager, you will serve as the execution and performance owner for a portfolio of enterprise managed sellers. You will own campaign execution, budget growth, utilization efficiency, and day-to-day seller performance management, while translating broader account strategy into tactical plans that deliver measurable business impact. This role is designed for a strong operator who can independently manage complex, multi-format campaigns, navigate performance conversations with confidence, and coach others by sharing proven practices.
What you will accomplish
Own end-to-end campaign execution across a portfolio of enterprise sellers, including campaign builds, bid and budget optimization, targeting adjustments, testing plans, and in-flight performance corrections that improve ROAS, ACOS, sales growth, and revenue efficiency.
Drive incremental advertising spend by identifying budget expansion opportunities, securing additional investment based on performance signals, and maintaining strong daily budget pacing and utilization across your book of business.
Serve as the primary working-level contact for sellers, leading recurring performance conversations, proactively communicating insights and optimization plans, and maintaining seller confidence through clear, data-backed recommendations.
Translate account strategy into execution by partnering closely with Ads Partner Managers and cross-functional stakeholders, sharing performance insights, seller sentiment, expansion signals, and emerging risks to inform broader growth plans.
Independently manage complex seller scenarios, including underutilized budgets, revenue pacing gaps, new ad format launches, and seller pushback on performance, using strong judgment, structured testing, and a clear optimization point of view to protect outcomes.
Improve how work gets done by refining workflows, communication routines, and account operating rhythms, while helping onboard and coach newer teammates through shared best practices and practical performance guidance.
What you will bring
Qualifications
3–4+ years of experience in digital advertising, retail media, or e-commerce, including hands-on management of CPC and CPA campaigns.
Experience managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns for complex or enterprise-level clients, including multi-format campaign execution and performance management across large or sophisticated books of business.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and familiarity with core performance metrics such as ROAS, ACOS, CTR, and conversion rate; able to use performance data to diagnose issues, identify growth opportunities, and recommend actions that improve efficiency and results.
Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment, lead seller performance conversations independently, navigate ambiguity with sound judgment, and adjust quickly as business needs evolve.
Fluency in campaign optimization levers such as bids, budgets, CPC tools, keyword targeting strategies, testing strategy, and utilization pacing, with a bias for action and experimentation and a demonstrated ability to turn strategy into scalable execution plans.
Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across account management, product, product marketing, and other internal partners.
Experience using tools and dashboards to test and scale campaigns, diagnose gaps, improve operational rigor, and help define new processes when needed.
Bachelor’s degree required.

Familiarity with the Parts & Accessories and Business & Industrial categories.
Customer-centric mindset with the ability to apply insights about the customer journey and decision-making process to campaign strategy.
