Heavy Civil Survey Manager

HBK Engineering is seeking a Heavy Civil Field Lead, who performs all duties of a Field Lead with greater responsibility, independence, and technical judgment. This role often includes interpreting survey plans, resolving field issues, coordinating with project managers or engineers, mentoring junior staff, and making on‑site decisions that affect survey accuracy and efficiency.
