Missions principales du poste The intern will be part of the Strategy and M A team, whose mission is to drive the growth of the Group and to support the Business Units in their search for critical size. The intern will work alongside the team in developing the strategic orientations submitted to the Executive Board and implementing it through the research, analysis and execution of external and organic growth operations. Responsibilities 1. Analysis Strategic intelligence Planning competitive intelligence and analysis of trends and consolidation movements in the asset management industry Preparing sector updates for the management 2. M A organic growth Screening of potential targets in accordance with the key development priorities determined within the strategic thinking process Contributing to the strategic and financial analysis of identified opportunities
