We’re in search of a highly motivated, talented, and detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to join our Lomography Manila office. As the Customer Support Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing reporting tasks, assisting with customer support, filing customer cases, ensuring seamless day-to-day order processing and pre-order processing, and assisting with warehouse communications. You’ll work closely with our Online team and other departments in our local, regional and international team to support both our local and international operations. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist customer support teams and resolve issues in online listings or transactions.
Handle customer concerns, file cases to our QC tool, and file case evidences
Manage day-to-day operations and optimization of the Lomography Online Shop.
Order Processing & Pre-Order processing incl communication with customers
Generate weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports as needed.
