Engineering Technician
Job Description
This position will be mainly support design engineering team for testing, sample building and test results summary.
General Responsibilities
• Leads analyzing the malfunctions and deviations of control systems to identify and resolve problems.
• Supports the engineering team on sample builds
• Ensures tooling and equipment validation with engineering.
• Performs engineering tests.
• Ensures the development of testing and data analysis.
• Runs cycle time studies that identifies potential bottlenecks.
• Resolves irregularities in the process of the manufacturing equipment.
• Performs analysis and prepares reports using metrics obtained from monitoring using raw data, trends and other reports.
• Performs technical issues and trains other employees in the team.
• Advises on analysis and reports on metrics obtained from tracking using raw data, trends and other reports.
Experience / Qualifications
• Relevant work experience or knowledge of the role
• Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands
• Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results
• Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Associate or Bachelor degree with minimum 2 years related work experience.
- Sensor production and testing experience is preferred.
- Careful, integrity, and procedure follower is a must.
- Good hands-on and self-learning capability is required.
- Good communication skills.
- Be skillful on office software including Word, Excel, PPT.
- Proper English communication capability in reading & writing is necessary.
- Be able to keep good relationship and working atmosphere within company.
- Knowledge of quality tools of FMEA, APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA would be a plus.
