Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end growth strategy for the Music Creator ecosystem on TikTok LIVE Korea, including creator acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.
- Identify and recruit high-potential music creators, singers, musicians, bands, and music talents through market research, industry networking, and partnership development.
- Design and execute scalable creator enablement programs, including onboarding, education, community building, content coaching, and growth initiatives.
- Develop and operate music-focused LIVE campaigns, showcases, seasonal events, and create growth programs to drive engagement and revenue.
- Plan and execute creator showcase opportunities, both online and offline, to increase creator exposure and strengthen TikTok LIVE's presence within the music industry.
- Establish and manage partnerships with external music organizations, festivals, entertainment companies, and industry stakeholders to create performance opportunities for creators.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Agency Management, and regional teams to develop integrated growth strategies and promotional campaigns for music creators.
- Analyze creator performance, ecosystem health, and campaign effectiveness, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Create operational frameworks, playbooks, and best practices to support the sustainable growth of the music creator ecosystem.
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong passion for the music industry, creator economy, and LIVE streaming ecosystem.
- Proven experience in creator operations, talent management, artist relations, community management, or related fields.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to independently lead cross-functional initiatives.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships both internally and externally.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to drive business decisions.
- Business-level proficiency in Korean and English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in music industry operations, artist management, entertainment, live events, or music-related marketing.
- Experience in designing and operating creator growth programs, talent development initiatives, or community-building strategies.
- Experience planning and executing online/offline showcases or creator events.
- Experience in partnership development, business development, or strategic collaborations.
