Customer Service Specialist

Description
Responsible for performing various international customer relations functions for an assigned territory, to provide assistance to customers by telephone or direct contact. Assists in other customer accounting functions as needed.
Key Responsibilities
• Stays up to date on current and former product offerings.
• Obtains international shipping quotes and follows correct processes for shipping products internationally.
• Understands the appropriate customs paperwork and the related timing.
• Works with customers to confirm payment details and receipt of funds prior to shipment.
• Provide customer feedback on the status of purchase orders and shipment details.
• Prepares, gathers, and forwards necessary documentation after shipment.
• Investigates and resolves customer issues.
• Provides input on other reports.
• Maintains records related to order processing.
• Performs other related duties as required or assigned.
