Global Servicing (GS) oversees consumer travel and concierge experiences, all card customer service functions for the company’s global consumer, banking, merchant, and commercial customers, as well as the key enablement functions that power our products and services. - Deliver high-quality travel and concierge servicing during after-hours operations
- Support a wide range of requests including travel bookings, changes, disruptions, and concierge inquiries
- Provide personalized recommendations and create tailored travel and lifestyle experiences
- Resolve complex issues independently with sound judgment and minimal escalation support
- Maintain service continuity across multiple servicing functions
- Meet performance expectations across quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience in a contact center or shared services environment
- Educational Attainment: At least High School Graduate
- Fluency in both spoken and written English and French – required
- Strong computer proficiency, with the ability to navigate multiple systems and travel tools simultaneously (Sabre GDS training provided)
- Strong multitasking and time management skills across multiple channels
- High level of ownership and ability to work independently
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure
Preferred Qualifications:
- TICO certification is required. If not currently held, the company will cover the cost of obtaining it.
- OPC certification required. If not currently held, the company will cover the cost of obtaining it.
- Experience with Sabre GDS strongly preferred
