π± About the role
A note before you apply: this isn't a traditional opening with a fixed deadline and pipeline. We're not in a rush to fill it β we're open to meeting exceptional people. β¨ If the right person makes a compelling case, we'll move forward. Please apply if you're genuinely excited about the opportunity, and don't read anything into a slow or absent response β it reflects the exploratory nature of this process, not your profile.
This intentionally broad position is designed for someone who wants to understand how a company is run end-to-end π, from board and investor communication to budgeting, M&A, performance management and operational execution. Over time, it can become a platform for broader leadership responsibilities. π
1. CEO office & strategic execution π§ β Act as a close partner to the CEO on high-priority topics: prepare strategic memos, decision documents and executive presentations; support CEO-level prioritization and follow-up; help prepare leadership meetings, board meetings and investor updates; coordinate cross-functional projects across finance, sales, product, customer success, legal and operations; translate strategy into clear operating priorities; identify bottlenecks, risks and execution gaps; and support sensitive, confidential initiatives.
2. KPI leadership & business steering π β Strengthen Greenly's KPI architecture: translate the annual budget into operational KPIs; improve business planning and scenario analysis; help define the trajectory across growth, profitability and cash; track key indicators (ARR, bookings, churn, NRR, gross margin, burn, runway, sales efficiency); help leadership understand the financial implications of their decisions; and strengthen budget ownership across teams.
3. Corporate development, M&A & strategic transactions π€ β Support Greenly's corporate development agenda in a consolidating market: analyse acquisition, merger and partnership opportunities; build investment cases; prepare valuation and synergy analyses; support due diligence; work with investors, lawyers, bankers and advisors; prepare board materials for transactions; and help design and track post-merger integration and value creation.
4. Investor relations, board communication & governance π¬ β Help prepare board decks, investor updates, financing and lender/banking materials, strategic financial narratives, and performance reviews β communicating Greenly's performance, strategy and trajectory with clarity, rigor and credibility.
5. Performance management & operating discipline βοΈ β Improve management reporting and CEO/leadership dashboards; track budget vs. actuals; analyse performance by segment, geography, product or team; identify productivity and margin opportunities; clarify KPI ownership; support bonus/incentive calculations; and improve recurring business reviews.
