Job Description
Full-Time Receptionist
Location: Bridgewater, VA
Position Summary: The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience while supporting daily administrative operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and route incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
Greet and check in all visitors, ensuring compliance with company security and badging procedures
Serve as the primary point of contact for front desk inquiries from visitors, customers, and employees
Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing shipments
Coordinate visitor access and communication with Security as needed
Process, route, and file employee paperwork in designated systems or locations
Order and maintain office supply inventory for the Corporate Office
Provide administrative support to front office leadership and assist with general office operations
Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
Experience operating multiple-line phone system (switchboard or MS Teams)
Experience working in an office environment with confidential information
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality customer service
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office ( Word, Outlook, Excel)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience as a receptionist or in a customer-facing administrative role
Additional Requirements
Ability to travel to local Post Office for mail pick up
Working Conditions
Monday- Friday 8 AM- 5 PM
