Architect Tech Lead - Global E-commerce Governance Platform - Seattle

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the principal technical leader for the Governance Platform R&D organization, partner with senior engineering leaders to make key decisions, plan strategies, and drive execution, serving as a trustworthy consultant for org-level initiatives.
• Lead and drive the organization's critical long-term technical roadmap and ensure the successful execution of initiatives.
• Define technical direction for the org by designing sustainable systems, frameworks, and patterns that scale and drive business impact.
• Mentor and develop other engineering leaders, upholding a high bar of engineering excellence.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Proven expertise in distributed systems, storage systems, and other relevant technologies.
• Hands-on experience leading large, cross-functional initiatives with exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
• Proven problem-solving skills and abilities to think strategically and make sound technical decisions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of industry experience in a technical leadership role, preferably as a tech lead or equivalent, in a fast-paced, high growth tech environment.
• Proven history of effective technical execution and leadership.
