- Recruit, retain, motivate & develop a client-facing and high-performing sales team.
- Deliver against ambitious revenue & product targets, grow engagement and client satisfaction for a portfolio of small businesses in an assigned market.
- Analyze data, trends, and client performance with your teams to develop strategic plans for customers while tracking activity and provide detailed data analysis weekly, driving consistent CRM tracking.
- Model and coach sales behaviors: including C-level engagement, effective questioning, objection handling, and selling.
- Ensure team readiness to deliver complex advertising solutions and create a culture of sales innovation and advertiser success on the team.
