In this role, the successful candidate will work closely with key stakeholders from various functional organizations to execute F135 production requirements, report production progress, and maintain historical databases. Strong communication skills are required. This role will require meeting deadlines in a dynamic, fast paced business environment while evaluating progress to objectives and modifying or defining additional actions to achieve the desired improvements. The ideal candidate will have strong teamworking skills, ambition and the ability to work well under pressure.
What You Will Do:
- Lead the Program Management Office (PMO) coordination with the P&W Product Delivery Center (PDC) on production delivery planning, status, risk identification, and recovery mitigation efforts
- Support PDC to complete and document engines sales in support of production delivery execution
- Lead regular coordination activity with Lockheed Martin to assess, communicate, and mitigate Air Vehicle Propulsion supportability risks
- Create and update presentation material as required to status production deliveries to senior program leadership
- Direct engagement with Joint Program Office and DCMA to support contract negotiations and delivery of production hardware and engines
- Travel is no more than 10%
Qualifications You Must Have:
- BA/BS degree in Engineering or other Technical Field preferred
- A minimum of 8 years of Program Management, Contracts, or Operations experience
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Proficiency with Microsoft tools such as Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills
- Prior F135 operations or program office experience
- Experience interfacing with external customers

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
