Job Description
Reporting to the Director of Fraud Management, the Manager, Fraud Risk Management will play a key role in building and shaping daily operations while developing fraud risk strategies for a range of new products. This role is responsible for using data analytics to identify fraud trends, designing scalable controls, and collaborating across teams to balance effective fraud prevention with a strong customer experience. The position requires a data-driven, solution-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
