Job Description
The Bilingual Chemical Administrator reporting to the Office Manager is based in the Sherwood Park office. This role is responsible for the administration of Ancillary (Chemical) products, ensuring compliance with company policies while managing remittances, account balancing, data updates, and accurate record-keeping. This role is fast paced and requires a keen eye for detail. This role also includes processing coverage transfers and cancellations for ancillary certificates. As a customer-facing role, this position delivers exceptional service when communicating with dealership personnel, Account Managers, customers, and internal stakeholders via phone and email, providing professional support regarding eligibility, coverage details, certificate updates, and cancellation requests.
