About the Opportunity
At Quest Global, we are looking for an experienced, highly skilled, and detail-oriented CMM Metrology Engineer (Inżynier Metrolog CMM).
In this role, you will be the hands-on expert responsible for CMM programming and conducting high-precision measurements of aerospace parts and components. Based within the Global Engineering Centre, this position focuses on ensuring that all products strictly meet technical documentation, rigorous quality standards, and aviation industry regulations.
The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in advanced metrology, geometrical dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T), and standard measuring tools. Most importantly, you must have strong, practical experience in operating and programming coordinate measuring machines (CMM), specifically using Mitutoyo (MCOSMOS) or Zeiss (Calypso) software.

Key Responsibilities:
• Performing measurements of aircraft parts and components in accordance with technical documentation
• Quality control of products at various stages of production (input, inter-process, final)
• Operating measuring instruments (e.g., micrometers, dial gauges, coordinate measuring machines (CMMs))
• Programming coordinate measuring machines (CMM), specifically using Mitutoyo (MCOSMOS) or Zeiss (Calypso) software
• Analyzing and interpreting technical drawings and specifications compliant with aviation standards
• Creating measurement reports and quality documentation in accordance with aviation industry requirements
• Collaborating with quality, engineering, and production departments to resolve quality issues
• Participating in internal and external audits (e.g., customer, certification)
Work Experience
Requirements:
• Experience 1-5 years of experience
• Higher technical education (preferred fields: mechanical engineering, aerospace, production engineering, metrology)
• Practical knowledge of metrology and high-accuracy measurement techniques
• Experience working with measuring instruments (including CMMs)
• Excellent knowledge of technical drawings (including dimensional and geometric tolerances – GD&T)
• Accuracy, responsibility, and high-quality awareness
• Ability to learn quickly, be flexible, and have a proactive attitude
• Ability to work with technical documentation in English
• Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
• English language proficiency at a minimum B2 level.
Preferred qualifications:
• Experience in the aerospace industry or in the production of high-precision components
• Knowledge of quality systems and tools such as FMEA, SPC, MSA, and 8D
• Ability to use measurement software (e.g., MCOSMOS, Calypso)
• Certifications related to quality control or metrology
• Knowledge of machining processes and aerospace materials
• Experience working in accordance with the requirements of OEM customers in the aerospace industry
