What you will do

This role will define and lead the marketing growth strategy for Listerine and Band-Aid across Asia-Pacific, shaping the strategic direction of these two iconic brands. This leader will drive global brand strategy application to APAC, embed a future-fit innovation agenda, and ensure a differentiated, competitive portfolio to unlock value.

Partnering closely with global teams and lead markets, you will translate deep consumer, HCP, and market insights into strategic choices—driving brand equity, expanding penetration, and accelerating business performance.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Partner with global and key markets to develop the Listerine and Band Aid 3YOP Growth strategy, making clear, high-impact choices on where to play and how to win – across markets, segments and consumer cohorts. 
  • Lead innovation and portfolio strategy, building robust pipeline sufficiency meeting needs of consumers and actively shaping the portfolio to maximise long-term growth, competitiveness and value creation
  • Develop / Adapt brand campaigns anchored on consumer needs and insights, in partnership with global and agencies 
  • Partner with lead markets to ensure disciplined execution of strategies, grounded in Science of Brand Growth principles for both consumer and HCP
  • Partner with the markets to deliver for business performance including NTS, GP & Share. 
  • Ensure strong collaboration with lead markets and cross-functional teams to address meaningful opportunities and threats as they arise. 
  • Develops talent and high performing team. Member of the regional Marketing leadership team, leading the development of globally aligned strategies, and serving as a key voice for these brands with senior commercial marketing, sales, and cross functional executives in APAC and in key global forums

What we are looking for 

Required Qualifications 

  • Advanced degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. 
  • Minimum of 10-12 years of progressive experience developing and executing successful brand strategies, innovation, and operations, with a track record of driving business growth and profitability.  
  • Strong acumen in digital marketing, brand management, and customer experience optimization. 
  • Experience with developing effective communication strategies & innovation leadership that deliver penetration growth at scale
  • Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and managing multi-stakeholder projects in dynamic environments. 
  • Evidence of having shaped and landed strategic thinking in a complex/multi-factorial environment + making the complex simple. 
  • Evidence of leading & growing global brands with meaningful sales across multiple markets.  Strong track record of success working with local markets. 
  • Deep understanding of the segment/category (consumer, insights & industry), evidence of managing complex brand portfolios, creating actionable plans and building strong capabilities required to grow our brands across the team.  
  • Demonstrated experience managing creative and media agencies in multi-market environments 
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with presence and credibility at senior executive levels
