HOURLY - General Cleaner

Janitorial General Cleaner Location:Nashville, TN Pay Rate: $18.00 / hour Schedule: Full-Time | 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM Friday - Tuesday Position Overview We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Janitorial General Cleaner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our retail clients and visitors. If you have a strong work ethic, a sharp eye for cleanliness, and at least one year of experience, we would love to hear from you! Key Responsibilities Your daily routine will include, but is not limited to: General Cleaning: Sweeping, mopping, dusting, and wiping down surfaces throughout the facility. Waste Management: Pulling trash, replacing liners, and disposing of waste in designated areas. Restroom Maintenance: Deep cleaning, disinfecting, and restocking restrooms with necessary supplies. Floor Care: Vacuuming carpeted areas and ensuring walkways are clear and tidy. Teamwork: Executing other specialized cleaning duties as assigned by your supervisor. Qualifications & Requirements Experience: Minimum of 1 year of professional cleaning or janitorial experience required. Physical Stamina: Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs repetitively, stand/walk for long periods, and perform physical tasks (bending, reaching, lifting). Reliability: Consistent attendance and punctuality are a must for this afternoon/evening shift. Attention to Detail: A strong commitment to doing a thorough job and maintaining high cleanliness standards. Background: Successfully pass drug screen and background check.
