Position Summary:
The position covers Gowan business operations in Turkey, Middle East & Egypt. Based in area, preferably Turkey or Egypt, with easy access to distributors who support our EMEA Gowan Crop Protection LTD product line. The job may include the management of employees and consultants in the sub-region.

Role Responsibilities:
- Achieving annual profitability goals through management of the territory, team, portfolio, and strategy. This should be reflected in subregion P&L.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across Turkey, Middle East & Egypt
- Prepare SKU-based 24-month rolling forecasts and prepare the budget.
- Establish annual working plans with internal stakeholders and external key customers to ensure we capture all opportunities for Gowan products.
- Overseeing daily operations, managing budgets, and setting performance objectives.
- Design product annual product plans and longer-term projections to achieve sales/profit objectives in close collaboration with EMEA product managers.
- Develop product launch plans at the country level and manage product lifecycle activities and strategies
- Provide input into and communicate adjustments to sales terms and product prices annually to ensure balance and efficiency.
- Developing and implementing business, marketing, and advertising plans.
- Analyze market trends, regulatory changes, and the competitive landscape (e.g., crop protection, active ingredients, mixtures)
- Identify and execute distribution changes and the overall go-to-market strategy.
- Managing internal and external stakeholder relations and negotiating contracts.
- Planning, evaluating, and optimizing operations to be efficient and cost-effective.
- Ensuring products and services comply with regulatory and quality standards.
- Preparing and presenting monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, analyses, and reports of operations and finances.
- Provide input into annual budgeting process to ensure proper growth and/or defense of products to align with product strategies
- Dealing with escalated customer issues, incident reports, and legal actions.
- As MEA Sales & Marketing Team Leader, maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards and ensuring staff member compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Regulatory, Supply Chain, Marketing, Technical) to ensure successful execution
- Drive the strategic positioning and development of products
- Manage partnerships with multinational and local companies
- Support long-term registration and market access strategies
Experience / Skills / Abilities:
- Extensive experience managing key accounts and customers (minimum 3-5 years) in the CP sector.
- Market development and commercial experience in negotiation of contracts at senior level.
- Highly motivated to succeed and contribute to Gowan’s success.
- A demonstrated history of successful development of tactics and especially execution of those tactics.
- Goal-oriented with a strong drive for sustainable, profitable growth.
- Demonstrated relationship and rapport-building skills.
- Clear bias to collaboration to achieve results.
- Effective management of resources to ensure greatest return on investment. Managing sales teams, sales organizations would be a plus.
- Excellent communications skills.
Required Qualifications:
- Agronomic Degree (preferable) or equivalent;
- Experienced in agrochemical business, preferably strong background in major export crops (fruit & vegetable). 5 to 10 years of experience in a commercial function.
- Management of employees & consultants the sub-region.
- Fluency in English is essential. Proficiency in Arabic is ideal.
