Job Description

Job description
• 브랜드 및 Marcomm 전략 수립 및 실행 (컨셉 빌딩 → 캠페인 기획 → 실행 → 성과 분석)
• PR & Media Relations 운영 및 외부 에이전시 관리
• 인플루언서 및 셀러브리티 마케팅(EIM) 기획 및 운영
• Trade Marketing 기획 및 리테일/팝업 등 오프라인 마케팅 연계
• e-Commerce 콘텐츠 기획 및 유관부서 협업
• 내부 커뮤니케이션 (세일즈, 리테일, 머천다이징 등 유관부서 협업)
• CRM 마케팅 기획 및 에이전시 운영
• 캠페인 KPI 설정, 성과 분석 및 개선안 도출

Requirements
• 학사 이상
• 마케팅 실무 경력 10년 이상
• 브랜드 마케팅 전반에 대한 End-to-End 경험
(브랜드 컨셉 수립 → 전략 기획 → 캠페인 실행 및 성과 관리)
• 캠페인 및 프로젝트를 주도적으로 기획·운영하며 성과를 도출한 경험
• 온·오프라인 통합 마케팅 경험
• 외부 에이전시 및 내부 유관부서와의 협업 경험
• 업무 수행에 필요한 수준의 영어 커뮤니케이션 역량
• MS Office 활용 역량 (특히 PPT 기반 전략 정리 및 보고)

Preferred
• 패션, 라이프스타일, 소비재 등 브랜드 마케팅 경험
• 리테일 채널 연계 마케팅 경험 (백화점, 팝업, 플래그십 스토어 등)
• PR, 인플루언서, 콘텐츠 마케팅을 통합적으로 운영한 경험
• 전략 기획과 실행을 균형감 있게 수행할 수 있는 역량
• 팀 또는 프로젝트 리딩 경험

Additional Information
- 근무시간: 주 5일, 09:00~18:00 (유연근무제 - 9:00 ~ 10:00 사이 출근하여 8시간 근무)
- 주 1회 재택근무

TUMI Sr. Marcomm. Manager (Senior Manager / Manager level)


Job description
• Develop and execute brand and marketing communications strategies
(from concept building and campaign planning to execution and performance analysis)
• Manage PR and media relations, including agency management
• Plan and execute influencer and celebrity marketing (EIM)
• Lead trade marketing initiatives and retail-linked activations (department stores, pop-ups, etc.)
• Support e-Commerce content planning in close collaboration with relevant teams
• Drive internal communications and cross-functional collaboration
(Sales, Retail, Merchandising, etc.)
• Plan and manage CRM marketing programs and related agencies
• Define campaign KPIs, analyze performance, and continuously optimize execution

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or above
• 10+ years of hands-on marketing experience
• End-to-end experience in brand marketing
(from brand concept development and strategy planning to campaign execution and performance management)
• Proven experience leading marketing campaigns or projects and delivering measurable outcomes
• Experience with integrated marketing across online and offline channels
• Strong collaboration experience with external agencies and internal stakeholders
• Business-level English communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint for strategic presentations

Preferred
• Experience in fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands
• Experience in retail-linked marketing initiatives
(department stores, pop-ups, flagship stores, etc.)
• Experience managing PR, influencer, and content marketing in an integrated manner
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with strong execution capabilities
• Team or project leadership experience
