How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
Draft, review, and negotiate high-value commercial agreements, including long-term industrial gas supply agreements, equipment leasing, procurement contracts, and EPC (Engineering, Procurement, & Construction) frameworks.
Provide legal guardrails during commercial bidding and public/private sales processes, ensuring alignment with internal risk thresholds and corporate approval matrices.
Champion local and global ethics initiatives (including Anti-Bribery & Corruption / ABC compliance). Coordinate internal investigations into compliance anomalies and lead regular training sessions for business units.
Manage commercial disputes, claims, and early-stage mitigation strategies. Coordinate with and oversee external legal counsel when litigation or arbitration becomes necessary.
Act as a trusted partner to internal stakeholders (Operations, Plant Managers, Sales). Translate complex Vietnamese regulations—particularly regarding manufacturing, HSE (Health, Safety, Environment), and industrial zoning—into actionable business advice.
Perform other legal duties and corporate governance assignments as requested by regional/local management.
Are you a MATCH?
Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from a reputable university. An LL.M. or an overseas legal education background is advantageous.
Minimum of 3–5 years of professional in-house or law firm experience, ideally post-graduation.
Prior experience in the industrial, manufacturing, energy, or heavy engineering sectors is strongly preferred.
Ability to draft and negotiate complex contracts in local & international languages.
Admission to a Vietnamese Bar Association is a plus.
Strong analytical capabilities, precise legal drafting, and a sharp eye for commercial risk assessment.
High emotional intelligence, maturity, and business acumen. Proven ability to work independently, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and handle sensitive/confidential data with absolute integrity.
Familiarity with cross-border legal frameworks or other Southeast Asian (SEA) jurisdictions is a plus.
