Hotel Guest Service Representative

We are seeking a friendly and professional Hotel Guest Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable stay.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
- Manage reservations and room assignments using the hotel’s property management system.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure rooms are ready and issues are resolved quickly.
- Handle billing and payment processing accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Follow hotel policies and procedures to ensure safety and security of guests and staff.
- Assist with other front desk duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency with computer systems and reservation software.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Work Environment
This position requires standing for extended periods and working in a fast-paced environment. The Hotel Guest Service Representative will interact with guests, staff, and management regularly to ensure smooth hotel operations.
